Lean Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Establishment and further development of an effective lean/continuous improvement system (CIP structure, standards, governance)
Coaching and empowering managers and employees towards a lean/continuous improvement culture
Management/moderation and active participation in/in improvement projects and Kaizen events (e.g. 5S, SMED, Pull/Kanban, Standard Work, Visual Management, Material Flow/Layout Optimization)
End-to-end analytics (e.g., order-to-delivery), value stream mapping, and data-based bottleneck/waste diagnostics; Derivation and prioritization of measures
Staff unit at the COO; Responsibility for all plants and operational functions

Your profile

Completed engineering studies or completed technical vocational training with further training as a technician
Several years of professional experience in a medium-sized manufacturing company, ideally in an international environment with several locations
Experience with production processes in electrical engineering; Knowledge of packaging and connection technology is an advantage
Sound practical experience in lean management, lean production or Six Sigma
Strong communication skills as well as very good written and spoken German and English skills
High IT affinity; ideally experience in digitization and process automation
Willingness to travel
