Learning & Development Specialist with German

Due to the business expansion of our newly established Operational center, here in Sofia, we are currently looking for highly motivated and talented professionals to join their HR Operations team in the position of Learning & Development Specialist with German .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support in the organization and administration of HR processes;
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a strong affinity for digital tools;
• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events;
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring organizational efficiency;
• Adapt quickly and remain resilient in handling unforeseen challenges or changes in the work environment;
• Act as a proactive and communicative team member, contributing positively to workplace culture and collaboration.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• University Degree in Human Resources (or any other relevant field);
• More than 2 years of professional experience in trainings, learning and development;
• Very good written and spoken German language skills;
• Very good level of written and spoken English;
• Comfortable using MS Office applications – Excel, Word, etc.;
• Persistent mindset, proactive and positive approach;
• Hands‑On mentality and team player;
• Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and time management.
