Leasing Administrator - Equipment/Software (Fully Remote)

• Manage the administrative and financial aspects of equipment and software leases for commercial, government, and national customers.
• Ensure accurate funding, billing, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and fund leases, review agreements, and manage documentation.
• Monitor lease terms, schedules, and critical start dates.
• Support billing, reconciliations, and customer account maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, lease administration, or data entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or Oracle.
