About the Position

IU International University invites a freelance lecturer to teach at our Berlin campus with 48 teaching units, starting on .

Responsibilities

• Teach fundamental knowledge with high practical relevance for topics such as corporate governance, business ethics, ethical leadership, and compliance management, and correct exams.
• Design courses using high-quality teaching materials you create based on the coursebook.
• Conduct practical teaching sessions and tutorials on site and promote an active and interactive learning process.
• Support students in combining theory and practice and contribute to their personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Management, or a related field.
• Practical work experience in the relevant subject area.
• Initial experience in academic teaching (e.g., tutor, teacher, lecturer, or research assistant) is desirable.
• Strong interest in innovative, digital, and modern education and enjoyment of working with students.
• English language skills at C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
