Lecturer in Commercial, Corporate and Insolvency Law (m/f/d) (freelance)

The Business Law II (6 ECTS) module is a compulsory module in our Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration and Management (B.A.). It covers the subject areas of commercial, corporate, and insolvency law and is offered in German.
The subjects covered include commercial and company law, commercial representation and contract law, the main types of partnerships and corporations, as well as the fundamentals, procedures, and legal consequences of insolvency proceedings. The material is taught in an application-oriented manner, incorporating practical cases.

Your profile:

• You hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Law or the First State Examination in Law.
• Ideally, you can demonstrate a special aptitude for academic work through a doctorate.
• You already have teaching experience in the field of business law at a university.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in distance learning and in the development of media-supported distance learning courses and study materials.
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of commercial law.
• Imparting scientifically sound knowledge with a high degree of practical relevance
• Creation of instructional videos for asynchronous use
• Creation and grading of exams (these take place online)
• Individual support for students
