Legal Analyst – No Active Bar License (OAB)

• Request supporting information from correspondent law firms and other relevant departments;
• Monitor and control response deadlines;
• Analyze the completeness and quality of information received;
• Consolidate information and prepare responses for internal and external clients;
• Follow up on pending requests;
• Update systems and operational controls;
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and established procedures.

Requirements

• Law student or law graduate without an active Bar registration (OAB) — required;
• Experience in administrative, legal, or operational activities;
• Experience managing requests, tracking deadlines, and liaising with clients or suppliers;
• Experience in law firms, legal departments, or legal operations is a plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and Outlook;
• Comfortable using management systems and request-tracking tools;
• Strong ability to organize controls and spreadsheets.

• Good written and verbal communication;

• Sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines;
