Legal Consultant - Asset Management / Securities

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - Asset Management / Securities to join our team and support our financial insitution clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on asset management, securities brokerage, and wealth management activities across region.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key documentation, including fund constitutive documents, investment management and distribution agreements, and brokerage/trading agreements (e.g., ISDA, futures, and options).
• Review client‑facing and marketing materials for funds, portfolios, and wealth management products, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory developments, update internal policies/templates, and deliver training to business and support teams on securities and asset management legal issues.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of post‑qualification experience, expeirenced in securities, funds, or asset management law at a reputable law firm or financial institution.
• Excellent contract drafting and communication skills in English and Chinese, ideally including Mandarin proficiency.
