Legal Counsel Compliance (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding compliance and data protection law.
• Establish, develop, and maintain the compliance and data protection management system; depending on experience, assume responsibility for specific areas in projects.
• Participate in data protection and compliance‑related projects.
• Close collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of privacy policies, guidelines, agreements, and contracts.
• Support the whistleblowing system and the handling of compliance incidents.
• Support and participate in training sessions, awareness campaigns, and communication initiatives, as well as actively participate in training programs.

Qualifications

• A degree in law (1st and/or 2nd state examination) or business law (bachelor’s and/or master’s degree).
• Additional qualifications in compliance or data protection are desirable.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a compliance department or in data protection law.
• Knowledge in the areas of anti‑corruption, anti‑fraud, antitrust law, and data protection.
• Very good proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Good English skills (mandatory).
