Legal Counsel – Legal Tech

• Provide legal advice on nationality and residence law
• Communicate with immigration authorities, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), administrative courts, and other relevant authorities
• Represent clients before authorities and courts
• Prepare and file applications and lawsuits
• Support the legal team in handling client matters

Requirements

• Two successfully completed German State Examinations in Law
• Admission to the German Bar or willingness to apply for admission
