You will directly shape how we **manage contracts, mitigate risks, and resolve disputes** , supporting sustainable growth and strong partnerships. Your advice will help teams move forward with clarity and confidence.
Working closely with colleagues across functions and countries, you will **embed practical legal thinking into everyday business** , making a real impact from day one.
**What Youu2019ll Be Doing**
**Advise stakeholders** on legal matters to enable sound, risk-aware business decisions
**Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts** in German and English to protect and strengthen business relationships
**Translate complex legal questions** into clear recommendations to support strategic decisions
**Support claims and dispute resolution processes** to safeguard company interests and minimize risk
**Develop templates, policies, and trainings** to build legal awareness and consistency across teams
**What We're Looking For**
Fully qualified lawyer with the ability to work independently on legal matters in a business context
Strong experience in commercial law and contract negotiation
Ability to simplify legal complexity into clear, practical guidance
Professional fluency in German and English
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across teams and cultures
