Nuna, a global baby gear brand founded in 2007, is hiring a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team in Munich, Germany . The role provides legal support across the EMEA region , covering commercial, corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters. This is a full-time, management-level position within the consumer goods sector.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany and eligible for judicial office under Section 5 of the German Judiciary Act (DRiG)
• Minimum 7 years of post-admission legal experience , including at least 3 years in-house
• Strong background in commercial and corporate law ; additional expertise in compliance, regulatory, employment, or IP is advantageous
• Fluent in both English and German
• Experience in an international or cross-border legal environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Provide clear, practical, and business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• Support development and implementation of internal legal policies, procedures, and systems
• Manage legal disputes and litigation
• Support corporate governance, compliance, and risk management activities
• Manage and coordinate external counsel as required
• Monitor legal developments and assess their business impact
