Legal Counsel Vertrags- und Gesellschaftsrecht (m/f/d)

As Legal Counsel for Advantest’s European subsidiaries, you provide specialist legal advice on software, data, and product cybersecurity law, with a focus on technology contracts. You collaborate with R&D and other departments to draft, review, and negotiate licensing, software, service, and other tech-related agreements. You support regulatory compliance on data usage and new EU requirements, and you help develop contract templates while training business teams. This role blends legal risk management with practical, scalable solutions in a global company.

• Draft, review, and negotiate globally applicable technology contracts (licensing, software, service, and other tech agreements)
• Provide legal guidance on software, OSS, data, and cybersecurity regulatory issues
• Support regulatory compliance related to product/service data and European regulations
• Develop and maintain contract templates and product-specific terms and conditions
• Identify and resolve complex legal issues with balanced risk-based solutions
• Conduct legal training sessions for business departments and executives

• Second State Examination in Law (Volljurist) or LL.M.; several years of relevant international experience
• Experience in an international company or internationally oriented law firm, with a focus on business law
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
