Your Responsibilities | Legal Secretary – Law – Legal – Avocat – Administration - Assistant

• You will handle email and phone reception , always ensuring high quality standards when interacting with (prospective) clients or third parties.
• You will be responsible for managing the partner’s schedule and organizing travel and meetings.
• You will be in charge of opening matters within the department as well as keeping records up to date.
• Ordering extracts on the Business register (LBR) will also be part of your responsibilities.
• Updating internal and external registers will be part of your daily tasks.
  

Profile and Career Path | Legal Secretary – Law – Legal – Avocat – Administration - Assistant

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm in Luxembourg, allowing you to feel comfortable in your future work environment.
• Fluency in English and French is a must to ensure excellent communication with clients, third parties, and colleagues. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
• To excel in this role, you need to be proactive and well-organized .
