Legal Services Specialist

Hybrid - Glasgow - 1 day per week in the office

We’re looking for a

Legal Services Specialist to join our close-knit team, supporting customers, families and external partners across Wills, Trusts and Probate.

You’ll handle enquiries, process Will amendments, manage Probate Plans and ensure our records and services remain accurate and compliant. You’ll also help resolve complex queries and improve how we work.

We’re looking for someone with:

Experience in

Legal Services , particularly Wills, Trusts or Probate.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Knowledge of legal services administration processes.
