Key Responsibilities

1. Own the HCP Portal Product (End-to-End)

4. Orchestrate Business, Marketing, Medical & IT Alignment

5. Launch & Drive Adoption

6. Define Scale Roadmap and further implementation (6-12 months)

HCP portal MVP live (1 market / 1 use case) within 6 months

Initial HCP journeys defined and activated

User adoption and engagement metrics tracked

Prioritized roadmap for scale-up

Alignment with IT and architecture for long-term integration

Profile Requirements

Must-have experience

• Proven track record delivering HCP portals / HCP engagement platforms in pharma / healthcare
• Experience launching digital products end-to-end (not just advising)
• Strong understanding of:
• pharma regulatory environment (MLR constraints)
• Strong product ownership mindset (not project coordination)
• Ability to drive delivery in complex, cross-functional environments
• Pragmatic, execution-focused, able to cut through ambiguity
