As an Lending Transaction Associate Sr within PNC's EF Documentation Direct organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; or Cincinnati, OH.

Core hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am EST - 5:00 pm EST but is subject to business need. The Lending Transaction Associate Sr is responsible for supporting lending transactions with a primary focus on documenting and executing deals on the Specialty Documentation Team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role manages incoming deal requests from Sales by reviewing due diligence materials and credit approvals, preparing and validating loan and lease documentation using established procedures and a centralized document library, and entering all required deal data into systems including LeaseWave. The associate coordinates closely with internal and external business partners to facilitate a smooth closing process.
