Life‑Cycle Process Engineer - Documentation (m/f/d)

In this role you will define, capture, and maintain the NPI lifecycle processes to ensure smooth development flows. You will document current processes, visualize workflows, and differentiate standard versus exception paths. You will liaise with stakeholders to capture requirements and support QA documentation in Confluence. The role sits within hardware R&D and focuses on improving lifecycle processes across cross-functional teams, enabling clear, compliant documentation and effective communication across English and German contexts.

• Define and maintain NPI lifecycle process elements
• Capture and document current processes
• Create process visualizations and distinguish standard vs. exception paths
• Communicate with stakeholders to capture requirements
• Enable quality assurance and document using Confluence

• University degree in Engineering or comparable discipline
• Several years of experience in NPI, process engineering, systems engineering, or project environments
• Proven experience improving or deploying development and/or lifecycle processes
• Analytical thinking with ability to structure complex processes
• Experience in cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills in English and German
• Exposure to PLM/PDM or NPI-related toolchains
• Methodological knowledge: process modeling (BPMN, etc.) and documentation standards
