Stellenbeschreibung:

Limited employment up to 6 months (f/m/d) - Operations Support SAP Labs Germany

At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What’s in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you’ll build

As Operations Support, you are a key enabler of smooth, compliant, and efficient operations across Labs Germany – Labs Berlin/Potsdam. Working closely with the Head of Operations Labs Berlin/Potsdam, you provide hands‑on execution power that turns strategy, standards, and plans into day‑to‑day operational reality.

You will help build and sustain a centralized operational services portfolio by executing and coordinating core operational processes, in close collaboration with corporate functions such as GRF, People & Culture, IT, and other stakeholders.

In addition, you’ll support Community & People engagement and stakeholder management initiatives as well as work on project‑based assignments (e.g., allocation project with GRF). You will contribute to operational excellence and risk management by maintaining process documentation, monitoring adherence to standards, preparing continuity materials, and supporting resilience initiatives such as crisis management, CSR activities, local community support and flexible work programs.

Beyond these operational responsibilities, you play a leading role in organizing and inspiring the local communities within Labs Germany. You design and implement employee engagement formats that foster a vibrant, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture. Through proactive support of community initiatives and local events, you help cultivate strong connections among employees, encourage knowledge sharing, and reinforce a sense of belonging. Your efforts ensure that operational excellence goes together with positive employee experiences and strong local community engagement.

What you bring

  • A completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) or current graduate status. Preferred fields of study include business administration or a comparable discipline.
  • Initial experience or strong interest in operations, coordination, project support, or shared services environments.
  • Strong analytical skill set with the ability to prepare reports, manage operational data, and consolidate insights across topics and locations.
  • You are well organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment at the same time.
  • You bring a hands‑on, reliable, and service‑oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative attitude, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership help you contribute effectively to operational excellence.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and verbal). German skills are a must for local coordination and stakeholder interaction.

Where you belong

At SAP Labs Germany, you become part of SAP’s largest and most diverse engineering community — more than 13,000 developers, designers, and innovators working across our four connected locations: Walldorf, Rot, Berlin/Potsdam, Dresden, and Munich. As one unified hub, we operate under the vision of “One Hub, Four Locations,” meaning you join a network where each site is a strong innovation cluster and all collaborate closely to shape SAP’s future.

We co‑innovate with leading universities, startups, partners, and customers to build the next generation of enterprise technology. You help turn ideas into real impact by contributing to cutting‑edge engineering, deep‑tech research, and product differentiation that matters.
