Loan Support Analyst - Commercial

Job Description

• Support defaulted commercial loans.
• Work closely with commercial bankers to provide information needed for the resolution of loan accounts, including payoffs, payment history, projected payments, and other requested data.
• Conduct transactional work such as payment transfers and processing.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Role will require on‑site attendance in the office 4–6 times per year and occasional late‑evening work (10 AM – 7 PM EST). Some remote work may be permitted with prior approval and a secure, confidential home workspace.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require an Associate’s degree or equivalent, with related experience or product knowledge. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base salary: $18.00–$62,675.00 (may vary by location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and individual performance.
