Logistic Service Coordinator Ocean Freight Export (m/f/d)

This permanent position is part of the Operations department and focuses on coordinating ocean freight export shipments.

Responsibilities

• Independent handling of ocean freight export shipments
• Planning, booking and creation of transport orders as well as tracking and tracing of shipments
• Non‑conformance reporting according to KPIs
• Cooperation with approved subcontractors according to agreed rates
• Customer support for PSA BDP and coordination with overseas houses/agents
• Registration and processing of complaints
• Compliance with deadlines
• Preparation of order settlements and processing of incoming invoices
• Optimizing workflows and monitoring results
• Ensuring ISO 9001, SQAS standard and data maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ocean freight
• Commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services coordinator or equivalent
• Experience handling ocean freight export shipments
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken knowledge of German and English
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
