Logistics coordinator - event technology (m/f/d)

The Cue Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for Event Technology, with a focus on inventory management, based in Berlin-Reinickendorf, full-time, permanent.

You plan, reserve, and allocate equipment across parallel projects. You resolve bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts before they affect a project, and coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and returns with the warehouse and project management. You organize rentals yourself and liaise with suppliers and partners. You maintain inventory and scheduling data and keep an eye on the utilization of our own equipment. You also occasionally support staff scheduling when needed, for example cross-checking equipment and staff availability.

Requirements include solid knowledge of event technology, whether from formal training, hands-on technical experience, or several years in a comparable industry role, plus experience in logistics, dispatching, or inventory management, and confident use of scheduling software.

We currently use EasyJob, switching to Rentman in January.

• Solid knowledge of event technology, whether through training, hands-on technical experience, or several years in a comparable industry role (essential)
• experience in logistics, dispatching, or inventory management, ideally in live communications
• confident use of scheduling/dispatch software, currently EasyJob, switching to Rentman in January
• strong organizational skills and the ability to keep a clear head across many parallel processes
• clear communication and a good sense of priority when several projects are pulling at once
• reliable, follow-through way of working
• Class B driver's license a plus
