Logistics Junior Consultant (M/F/D)

As a Junior Consultant , you will support our project teams in consulting assignments related to industrial performance and Operational Excellence . Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to consulting projects in the areas of:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Lean / Lean Six Sigma
  • Industrial Methods & Transformation
  • Business Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
• Conducting analyses, diagnostics, and benchmarks
• Preparing presentations, reports, and decision documents for clients
• Supporting the development of consulting concepts, methods, and tools
• Assisting in the preparation and facilitation of workshops and client meetings
• Working closely with experienced consultants as part of project teams

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
• Practical experience in consulting, industry, or project-based environments
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a high willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset combined with initiative and a professional attitude
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
• Language SkillsGerman: very good (minimum C1)English: fluent (B2/C1)French: Nice to have
• Technical & IT SkillsConfident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g. pivot tables, data analysis)
• Experience with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides) is an advantage
• Initial exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), data modeling, or simulation tools is highly appreciated
• Comfortable working with quantitative data and digital tools in an industrial or business context
