Logistics Site Coordinator with German based in Bingen

The Logistics Specialist will support the Regional Logistics Manager by managing daily operations, ensuring process efficiency,accuratedatamanagementandtimelyproblem resolution.

The incumbent shall be located in our office in Bingen or open to comute at least 2 days a week.

This role actslikethe key interface between 3rdparty provider (warehouse) and VPG internal customer.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead thedaily operationand work with the 3rdparty provider (warehouse)
• Act as the first level support for inquiries from carriers, customs, and internal teams
• Proactively track shipments, communicate updates, and handle special shipment requests
• Act as compliance support (Customs,Sox, etc.)
• Point of contact for regionalLogisticssoftware support (QAD/TMS, etc.)
• ManageRMA:part of Global Reverse Logistics
• Capture andmaintainaccurateLogistics data to support current and future operational needs
• Backup for the Regional Logistics Manager during vacations, illness, or other absences
