Logistics Team Leader (m/f/d)

For our subsidiary, avitea Industrieservice GmbH, we are looking to fill a permanent position in the Vlotho area for a Logistics Team Leader (m/f/d).

What awaits you

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the logistics division and will ensure that performance, quality, and workplace safety are maintained.
• You plan staff scheduling in collaboration with the shift supervisors and ensure reliable staffing that meets operational needs.
• You use key performance indicators to manage day-to-day operations, identify deviations early on, and implement appropriate measures in collaboration with your team and project management.
• You serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters with Hettich and ensure clear, reliable communication with project management.
• You will further develop workflows, establish standards, and support the structured onboarding of new employees.

What you should bring

• Completed training in logistics—for example, as a warehouse logistics specialist—as well as advanced training to become a logistics foreman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification is a plus, but not required
• Don’t have a traditional master’s path? Several years of relevant leadership and hands‑on experience in operational warehouse or contract logistics is also a suitable qualification for us.
• Experience in the technical management of employees as well as in personnel and resource planning
• Proficiency with MS Office
• A hands‑on mindset with a results-oriented and self‑directed approach to work
• Clear communication and good German language skills for coordinating with the team, customers, and project management
