LSA / S3000L Specialist (3DX Deployment Support)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced LSA Specialist with strong expertise in S3000L to support the step-by-step deployment of S3000L processes within a 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) environment.

This role is critical in enabling the successful implementation of Integrated Product Support (IPS) standards in a context where internal expertise in S3000L is still developing. You will act as both a subject matter expert and a key support resource for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the progressive deployment of S3000L within the 3DX platform
• Provide expertise on LSA (Logistics Support Analysis) and S3000L data structures, including:
• Units of Function (UoF)
• Attributes and associated data models
• Guide teams through implementation with limited internal support availability
• Contribute to and align with the broader IPS framework (S1000D, S2000M, S3000L)
• Create user guides, documentation, and training materials
• Deliver training sessions and onboard users to new processes and tools
• Act as first-level support: answer user queries and manage ticket creation and follow-up
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in LSA and S3000L (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of IPS standards (S1000D, S2000M, S3000L)
• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and related processes
• Ability to work autonomously in environments with limited internal expertise
• Experience in training, documentation, and user support

Nice to Have

• Experience in defense, aerospace, or complex engineering industries
• Strong stakeholder communication and change management skill
