M&A Corporate Development Associate (Fully Remote)

Role Overview

• The Associate will manage the end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• This role supports acquisition strategy and corporate development initiatives by providing analytical and strategic support.
• Reports to the SVP of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with investment bankers and intermediaries to surface and track acquisition opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and synergy cases to support deal evaluation.
• Prepare investment committee and board materials, including deal memos and recommendation decks.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is needed.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and communication skills are essential.
