With over 25 subsidiaries and 850 employees across 70+ locations, Arsipa is executing a Buy & Build strategy to become the leading provider in Germany and Austria by 2028.Role Overview:As M&A Manager, you will support the M&A team and independently manage transactions on the buy-side from initial sourcing through to post-merger integration. The role is based at Arsipa's headquarters in Berlin.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic and operational responsibility for all corporate acquisitions in close collaboration with the M&A team, Head of M&A, and management (CEO and CFO)- Identify and proactively approach potential acquisition targets, particularly in the Health & Safety sector- Perform company valuations, develop transaction structures, prepare and negotiate offers and contract documents- Independently manage buy-side transactions including coordination of all stakeholders, external advisors, due diligence workstreams, and purchase contract negotiations- Post-merger integration oversightRequirements:- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field- Relevant experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills- Experience in transaction documentation and purchase agreement negotiations- Excellent German and English language skills- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independentlyApply for this Position
