We have a new vacancy for a high calibre M&A Senior Analyst to become part of our successful, dynamic and fast-growing Frankfurt M&A Team. The Role

Participation in transactions, M&A advisory projects, business analysis and valuations
Balance sheet analysis, financial modelling and business valuation with standard methods (DCF and multiple analysis, installing and validating the plausibility of business plans, overviews of key figures)
Preparation of presentations, short profiles and information materials for potential investors
Sector, company, investment activity and transaction research

Requirements

Excellent academic degree from a top university, ideally within the Economics, Finance, Business or related field
Minimum of 1 year of prior investment banking or equivalent M&A experience
Strong analytical skills as well as financial modelling experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
High resilience, integrity and a confident demeanor
Business-fluent proficiency in German and English (verbal and written) is essential
