You should have previous experience working with computerized machine tools, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your tasks

• Programming, operating and monitoring computer-controlled tool machines
• Single piece and series production
• Quality control of fabrications
• Shift operation when required

Your Profile

• Solid German language skills
• A completed, technical training preferably as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), CNC milling operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable
• Exceptional resilience
• Experience in the operation of CNC coordinate measuring machines
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems such as Discovery & SprutCAM advantageous
• Teamplayer
• Reliability
• Autonomous way of working

CNC Laser Operator / Laser Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will include the programming of cutting sequences and monitoring the production process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. If you have laser cutting experience and strong mechanical aptitude, then this is your perfect opportunity to take those skills to the next level.

Your tasks

• Independent programming of laser programs
• Running-in of components
• Setting up the parts in fixtures as well as setting up the laser machine
• Checking the cutting quality and, if necessary, correcting the laser parameters according to specifications
• Deburring of cut edges
• Measurement of components by means of a 3D coordinate measuring machine and other common hand-held measuring devices

Your Profile

• Solid German language skills
• You are a CNC specialist or have similar qualifications
• Ideally, you already have experience in laser cutting and measurement technology
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Exceptional resilience
• Experience in the operation of CNC coordinate measuring machines such as Siemens Sinumerik 840D
• A very high sense for quality
