Overview

You will plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance and CapEx projects while developing advanced automation solutions with suppliers. You’ll prepare technical docs for procurement and installation, support workshop teams on work-order execution, and help optimize maintenance schedules. This role sits at the intersection of reliability, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient capital projects. Verantwortungsbereiche

Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance or capital investment projects with internal or external personnel
Develop, implement, and enhance automation solutions for new and existing systems in collaboration with suppliers, including project planning for hardware and software
Prepare technical documentation for procurement and installation of machinery and for maintenance activities; supervise execution
Provide technical support to workshop team leaders on execution methods for work orders
Determine required spare parts inventory
Support the creation and optimization of maintenance schedules

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in a technical field or technical vocational training with relevant further education
Several years of experience in industrial maintenance or quality management desirable
Knowledge of FMEA, audit management, and complaint handling
Experience with quality methods (8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, SPC, Six Sigma) is an advantage
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant norms and standards
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong communication and facilitation skills; structured, analytical, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to assert oneself and work well in a team; customer, supplier, and internal interface confidence
