Maintenance Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You are an important part of our operations team and are responsible for ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard, providing a consistent and superior experience for our guests.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.
• Independently perform routine maintenance and repair work across all properties in Bremen.
• Some days a month you also handle maintenance needs for other property locations in Northern Germany.
• Supervise and coordinate with craftsmen and external maintenance companies to ensure timely and quality work.
• Maintain the technical management of our properties, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning efficiently in collaboration with our property management.
• Monitor and manage our housekeeping (HSK) ticket system to address maintenance issues promptly.
• Beyond all you are responsible for the tidiness and security of the properties.

Requirements

• You have completed professional training in a technical profession (e.g., electrician) or have already gained experience in the hotel or cleaning industry.
• You are structured and always put theory into practice.
• You are a real all-rounder and are not afraid to take on a wide variety of tasks in a diverse area.
• You have an eye for detail, are reliable and have organisational talent.
• You have a valid car driving licence and speak English & ideally German.
• You have experience in a variety of maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, painting, electrician).
