  • Support controlling activities, including the preparation of financial analyses and reports (e.g. using Excel) to support management decision‑making.
  • Track relevant financial KPIs.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing invoices.

  • Continuously optimize internal processes and documentation with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as adapting contract templates.
  • Support and coordinate internal ISO certifications.
  • Organize business travel and related administrative processes.
  • Support the introduction and roll‑out of new internal tools and systems.
• HR
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members.
  • Support recruiting processes.
  • Support initiatives related to company culture.
  • Assist with employee evaluations and performance‑related processes.

Dein Profil

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience across finance, HR, and back‑office operations.
• Previous experience in international and fast‑growing companies, ideally in a remote or distributed setup.
• Strong analytical skills, including the tracking of KPIs.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience using digital tools and AI‑based solutions (e.g. ChatGPT) in daily operational work.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of self‑management, prioritization, and reliability.

Schön wäre

• Basic knowledge of German regulations related to invoicing and contracts.
• Experience with ISO certifications, in particular ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
