Manager - BCG Vantage, Financial Institutions

In this Manager role within BCG Vantage, you will help asset and wealth management clients transform and grow through expert analysis, IP development, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll contribute to proposals, client workshops, and case work, while building proprietary assets and mentoring junior colleagues. Occasional client-site staffing and commercialization support for Global Asset & Wealth Management are key elements. You’ll join a global team that blends strategy, data, and technology to unlock competitive advantage.

• Deliver value to asset and wealth management clients through own expertise and BCG assets
• Contribute to proposals and cases with original analyses and insights
• Engage with senior stakeholders and client teams with evidence-based, clear narratives
• Manage projects in fast-paced environments, prioritizing effectively
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues based on industry expertise
• Design and develop intellectual property and assets for the business
• Support commercialization efforts for Global Asset & Wealth Management sectors
• Occasionally travel to serve clients onsite as needed

• 5+ years of experience in asset/investment management or as investment consultant
• 6–10+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred)
• Strong business acumen and analytical/problem-solving skills
• Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills; ability to leverage AI-powered tools
• Fluency in English and German; French beneficial
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
