Manager Business Continuity Management (BCM) (m/f/x)

In this role you support the Risk Management function by implementing and maintaining BCM and Operational Resilience across Allane. You contribute to IT and Cyber Risk Management, including risk assessments, incident handling, and 1st Line oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance. You perform BIAs and help develop and update BCPs with action plans and recovery measures. You monitor regulatory compliance (MaRisk, DORA, BAIT) and support audits and BCM trainings, contributing to a robust risk governance culture.

• Implement and maintain Business Continuity Management and Operational Resilience processes across Allane Mobility Group
• Support IT and Cyber Risk Management activities, including risk assessments, incident reporting, monitoring, and 1st Line oversight
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA)
• Help develop and update Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) with response, recovery, and communication actions
• Monitor compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (MaRisk, DORA, BAIT, etc.) and support audits with evidence
• Contribute to BCM-related trainings

• 3–5 years experience in the European regulated environment
• Degree in Business Economics or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in emergency or risk management within financial services, consulting, or audit
• Familiarity with MaRisk, BAIS, and DORA frameworks and willingness to implement them
• Independent, proactive, well-organized with a cross-functional mindset
• Strong English communication; German is a plus
