As part of Accenture Strategy & Consulting, you'll work on transformation initiatives for leading banks, asset managers, stock exchanges, and financial service providers. Together with our clients, you'll develop strategies, target operating models, platforms, and technological solutions that make their organizations more efficient and future-proof in the long term.

Your mission.

As part of our Capital Markets Consulting team, you will support our clients in further developing their business models, processes, and platforms and aligning them with future market demands. You will work on transformation initiatives in the financial industry and guide organizations in using modern technologies and ways of working.

Depending on your experience level, you will take on responsibility in analysis, solution design, project management and customer work – and with increasing seniority, you will also begin to work in the areas of customer and business development.

This is what you can expect

Asset Management Transformation

You support asset managers in the strategic and operational development of their business models, e.g. by:

Further development of organizational structures and processes, as well as platform strategies
Digitalization of Asset Servicing and Private Market Operations
Building modern client reporting and analytics solutions
Use of AI to increase efficiency, support decision-making and further develop services

You will support our clients in the transformation of exchanges, market infrastructures and post-trade, including through:

Introduction of near-real-time and event-driven processing along post-trade, clearing, and settlement.
Preparation for Settlement Cycle Compression (e.g. T+1 and prospectively T+0)
Integration of digital assets and tokenized assets into existing trading, custody, and post-trade infrastructures
Further development of stable and regulatory robust post-trade operating models

You are interested in capital markets as well as transformation and technology topics and would like to actively contribute to the further development of the financial market industry.
You have a completed degree in economics, (business) informatics, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable field.
You bring several years of experience in capital markets, asset management, market infrastructure or post-trade – either in consulting or within a financial institution.
With increasing seniority, we expect additional responsibility in project management, customer work and results responsibility – up to and including leading complex programs, advising senior stakeholders and actively supporting business development and market positioning.

In addition, you bring the following:

Very good understanding of capital market structures and current market developments.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Structured, solution-oriented work style and strong communication skills in German and English.
