Manager CISO Office (f/m/d)

Overview

In this role you partner with the CISO to steer information security, business continuity and crisis management initiatives. You will shape cross‑team programs, drive operational maturity, and ensure effective communication with executives and stakeholders. You’ll capture decisions, track actions, and align projects with strategic priorities. You will lead governance, planning, and budgeting efforts, fostering a high‑performing, inclusive team. Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Act as strategic advisor to the CISO and member of the leadership team
  • Lead program plans to mature cross‑team operations in support of team objectives
  • Represent the CISO in meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and distribute executive communications, reports, and correspondence for the CISO
  • Capture, assign, and track action items for CISO meetings
  • Serve as liaison to ensure timely involvement and decision‑making by executives
  • Support strategic planning, policy development, and decision‑making with the CISO and leadership
  • Coordinate with Information Security leaders and interface functions (IT, Production, Facility Management, Product Development, Digital, HR, Legal, Compliance) to complete projects
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment with deadlines
  • Propose alternate tactics when priorities are at risk or cross‑team operations are inefficient
  • Create and maintain tooling and processes for program management and visibility across CISO teams
  • Establish and report team KPIs spanning security and compliance operations and projects
  • Present updates to CISO leadership
  • Support cross‑team problem resolution and project coordination including budget management
  • Identify and remediate alignment issues that could disrupt objectives
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to CISO staff
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and talent development
  • Deliver executive‑level communications and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • 5+ years in information security, cybersecurity, or program/project management leadership
  • 5+ years developing short‑ and long‑range strategic plans, forecasting and budgeting
  • Proven track record coordinating multiple teams and projects
  • Deep knowledge of cyber security technologies, threat landscapes, models and standards
  • In‑depth know‑how in management systems, audits, and audit findings
  • Experience with ISO 27001, NIST SP 800‑171, IEC 62443, ISO 22301
  • Experience in enterprise risk management / security risk management
  • Executive‑level written and verbal communication in English; local language a plus
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent time management, organization, analytical and business acumen
  • Budget ownership and cost management experience
