Manager Commercial Growth – Marketing

• Responsible for the commercial growth path and scaling of Energiegestalter services
• Develop effective measures to increase traffic, leads and conversions
• Analyze and optimize customer journeys and marketing funnels
• Manage performance and paid campaigns with a clear focus on measurable results
• Further develop the Energiegestalter brand and ensure consistent communication
• Lead digital marketing activities including website, email marketing and automations
• Produce decision-relevant reports and actively shape feedback and satisfaction processes
• Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy including project, budget and resource management
