Manager Data & Core Specialists Solutions Architects (SSAs), Specialists Team Germany, Switzerland and CEE

In this role you lead a distributed team of Specialist Solutions Architects focused on Data & Core Services, guiding adoption of AWS at scale. You set the technical vision, co-create go-to-market strategy, and build trusted adviser relationships with customers and partners. You drive cross-geo coordination, influence roadmaps, and mentor top technical talent. • Build and develop a high-performing, diverse team across three geographies; manage performance and career growth
• Define and execute the technical go-to-market strategy for Data & Core Services in alignment with Sales leadership
• Identify trends and whitespace, influence roadmaps with field feedback, and scale adoption mechanisms
• Engage with strategic customers at executive level to drive large-scale AWS adoption
• Establish thought leadership through public content, reference architectures, and best-practice guidance
• Collaborate with Service Teams, Sales, and Partners to drive adoption and revenue growth
• Implement operational rhythms (WBR/MBR/QBR) to track health, pipeline, and service adoption; ensure knowledge sharing and follow-the-sun support

• Experience leading and growing senior technology teams, preferably in customer-facing roles
• Deep experience managing a technical team of solutions architects or equivalent
• Experience architecting and operating solutions on AWS or another cloud platform (Azure, GCP)
• Proven track record leading geographically distributed / international teams
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences
• Experience leading in a highly matrix organization in alignment with Sales teams
