Responsibilities
- Lead the DACH Customer Service & Logistics Digitalization, Electronic Data Interchange & Automation project agenda, Continuous Improvement initiatives and transformational projects
- Partner with Customer Service & Logistic leadership to support creating and executing the Customer Service & Logistics strategic agenda and translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and programs
- Managing Project governance for all Customer Service & Logistics DACH projects
- Managing DACH Customer Service & Logistics Project and Change management agenda: processes, ways of working, system landscape and related organizational set up
- Leading and coordination of Customer Service & Logistics DACH's KPI Management Control and Reporting System in alignment with central Management Control and Reporting System team
- Drive Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive our Customer Service & Logistics Culture agenda
- Create a winning team that secures current and future by developing, coaching, delegating and leading a team that can drive the business agenda while giving them the opportunity to grow in the organization
Qualifications
- University or equal Master MA preference Supply Chain/Economics, Industrial engineering
- Business experience 10+ years in min 2 different Supply Chain and/or Commercial functions
- SAP, information systems and new digital tools (e.g., ML/AI), process design, standard operating procedures
- Project management experience 5+ years with internal and external business partners in minimum medium complex projects
- Proven strong Leadership/Negotiation and people management capabilities
- Great interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
- Able to influence, negotiate and apply commercial acumen
- German and English language skills are mandatory
The role can also be offered on a part-time basis (80%+).
