Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Management and development of a highly qualified team of engineers in the field of ELV&LSS
• Responsible for the planning, implementation and supervision of projects in the field of electrical low voltage and security systems
• Ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with technical and legal requirements in all projects
• Working closely with the specialist departments and external partners to optimise processes and systems
• Implementation of innovative technologies and solutions in the area of ELV & LSS
• Responsibility for budget planning and resource management within the projects and the group
• Supporting the further development of technical standards and best practices within the company
• Promoting open communication and knowledge sharing within the team

Show Your Expertise

• Degree in electrical engineering, automation or information technology, alternatively a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the field of ELV (Extreme Low Voltage) and LSS (Life Safety Systems)
• Experience in leading and developing teams, ideally in the engineering field
• Sound knowledge in the planning, implementation and maintenance of electrical safety and building automation systems
• Confident handling of system-relevant norms, standards and regulations
• Strong communication skills and team-orientation
• Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality when solving complex technical challenges
• Very good command of written and spoken German, good command of English also required
