• Technical and disciplinary management of the End User Services (EUS) team
• Continuous support for the optimization of processes and procedures

• Support and provision of end devices (PC, tablet, smartphone, printer, etc.)

• Support with 2nd/3rd level support with initial error analysis and data preparation
• Management of IT equipment pools at the respective locations
• Ensuring the specified IT security measures
• Participation in internal and external audits

Requirements.

• Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable training with management responsibility
• Profound professional experience in IT service management
• Experience in the conception, development and further development of an end user services area is an advantage
• Good understanding of IT infrastructures, operating systems, applications and hardware
• Strong skills in analyzing and evaluating complex issues
• Structured, reliable and quality-oriented way of working
