Responsibilities

• Build and develop the European Engineering HUB
• Define roles, responsibilities, and competency models
• Establish a scalable and efficient structure aligned with global standards
• Manage the project lifecycle from inquiry to implementation
• Establish best-in-class project management standards
• Ensure alignment with global standards and processes
• Plan and allocate hub resources
• Ensure a balanced workload and proactively identify future resource needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial/Mechanical), Business, or equivalent experience
• At least 8–10 years of professional experience in Engineering, Sales, or Business Development in the metal cutting industry
• Strong understanding of engineered solutions business and turnkey project-based sales
• Customer-focus mindset
• Skilled in delivering high-quality, customer-tailored technical solutions
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
• Good communicator with strong English skillsWilling to travel as needed
