Overview

In this role you will lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering & Quality teams to ensure economical production of assigned parts and compliance with engineering specs. You will drive process and equipment improvements, quality strategies, and corrective actions to meet targets. You’ll collaborate across quality, production, and engineering to address non-conformances and implement lean, safe, compliant manufacturing. This is a chance to shape a newly created entity and deliver tangible impact in a global manufacturing setting.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Lead manufacturing engineering and quality teams and develop personnel for plant operations
  • Oversee tool design, assembly, processes, cost estimation, systems planning, layout, standards, and release
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and control plans
  • Lead corrective action and preventive measures to achieve quality targets
  • Investigate trends in internal/external non-conformance and address them
  • Drive improvements based on data analysis and cross-functional review of reports
  • Manage development and continual improvement of operating methods, equipment, and systems
  • Oversee installation of new machines, equipment, and process changes for efficiency and economy
  • Provide technical expertise for production assembly design with cost, quality, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Oversee administration and continual improvement of quality management systems
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and logistics manufacturing equipment
  • Understanding of manufacturing methods, technologies, and processes
  • Familiarity with manufacturing safety and regulatory requirements
  • Strong awareness of manufacturing standards, procedures, and policies
  • Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and their implementation
  • Lean manufacturing knowledge and implementation experience
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Very good German (C1) and very good English (B2) skills
  • Degree or equivalent experience desired
