TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Analysis, evaluation and commentary on international business and financial performance, including forecast, budget and scenario planning
• Commercial business partnering for international subsidiaries and derivation of sound decision-making bases for management
• Integration and further development of ESG requirements within our controlling and reporting structures
• Collaboration on CSRD and EU Taxonomy topics and ensuring a consistent ESG data foundation
• Analysis and commentary on financial and non-financial KPIs as part of the annual financial statements and reporting process
• Further development of our reporting standards and close collaboration with auditors and international stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

• Successfully completed degree with a focus on controlling, finance, sustainability, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in controlling, consulting, or auditing
• Confident use of BI tools and multidimensional reporting systems
• Ideally, experience with regulatory ESG requirements (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, ESRS)
• High level of initiative and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, international environment
• Very good written and spoken English skills
