• lead end-to-end IT transformation programs for banking/financial services clients
• plan, launch, and execute wide-ranging IT projects
• coordinate internal and external teams and engage client management
• design, assess, and optimize IT architectures
• facilitate discussions with top management and translate market trends into action
• develop solid business cases and plan IT initiatives

• degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline
• at least six years of IT consulting experience in transformation projects within banking/financial services
• strong project leadership experience, including client-side leadership
• efficient resource planning and team motivation
• familiar with IT organization development and IT processes in financial industry
• ability to plan IT initiatives and build business cases
• proficient in German and English
