Manager Global Payroll & Time Management Processes, Systems and Implementation (d/f/m)

In this role you will define and govern a global payroll and time management process model within HR Digitalization & Operations. You will harmonize business, legal, and operational requirements into standardized processes and system designs, partnering closely with global teams and external providers. You drive sustainable implementation outcomes and governance across the Schaeffler Group, shaping how payroll and time management are delivered at scale. • Define and advance the global payroll and time management process model
• Standardize processes for payroll inputs, approvals, runs, post-payroll activities, working time, attendance, absences, overtime, shift models, and data validation
• Define functional requirements for SAP HCM Payroll, SAP HCM Time Management, and related interfaces
• Coordinate data quality, interface monitoring, data security, testing, and release management
• Lead the Time Management Target Operating Model implementation and support outsourced payroll vendor concept
• Coordinate requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, configuration support, data migration, testing, defect management, cutover, deployment, and stabilization
• Collaborate with IT, Data Protection, Finance, regional/local units, and external providers for global implementation

• Degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in HR process design, HRIS, Payroll, Time Management, systems implementation, or HR transformation
• Strong experience with global or multi-country payroll and time management processes and harmonization
• Solid functional knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, SAP HCM Time Management, or comparable HRIS solutions, including interfaces, data models, and reporting
• Fluent business English
• Structured, analytical and execution-oriented with strong communication, change-management and stakeholder-management skills
