Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative business models for digital Wound Care and negative pressure wound therapy
• Drive business development and roll-out in international markets
• Gather and analyze market requirements for digital solutions and system integration
• Support the development and execution of the global digital Wound Care strategy
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Deliver product training for international subsidiaries
• Manage product marketing activities for digital solutions

Qualifications:

• University degree (MBA, IT Business Engineering, or equivalent)
• Experience in sales and/or marketing within healthcare or medical devices
• Experience with software as a medical device or digital health solutions
• Strong project management skills, preferably in agile environments
• Experience in developing and implementing business models
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English and German
