Manager Group Customer Quality (m/f/d)

In this role you will coordinate quality management activities with global customers and internal Doehler functions. You will translate customer requirements into actions for plants and drive root-cause analyses and corrective actions to improve satisfaction. You will monitor customer feedback and KPIs, supporting continuous quality improvement and operational excellence across the business. • Coordinate cross-functional quality management activities with global customers and Doehler functions
• Support plants on customer-related issues and ensure timely resolution with accepted outcomes
• Lead or participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Analyze customer satisfaction data and develop action plans per customer
• Support improvements to internal and customer-specific KPIs and Free Of Complaints (FOC) rates
• Drive continuous quality improvement and operational excellence projects

• Bachelor in Food Science and Technology (or equivalent)
• first experience in the food and beverage industry
• strong understanding of quality excellence exercises and root cause analysis
• knowledge of quality and food safety certifications and audits
• experience leading complex projects
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• business English fluency; additional language is a plus
• willingness to travel and valid driver’s license
