Manager Group Financial Planning

In this role you will lead the Group Financial Controlling function to enable a move from regional finance to a distributed, centralised setup. You will safeguard financial integrity across entities, support intercompany and transfer pricing processes, and drive the transformation of the finance organization. You will collaborate with SSCs and markets to align planning, reporting, and governance, while shaping the future finance operating model. This is a chance to impact group-wide controlling while advancing digital finance projects.

• Coordinate monthly financial reporting with focus on non-functional cost elements and provide insights to divisional management
• Distribute top-down planning for transfer pricing and impairment, including data uploads to central systems and cash forecasting input
• Oversee intercompany relationships, SLAs, pricing, and intercompany charging
• Collaborate with SSCs and market entities to support financial processes and annual balance sheet review meetings
• Contribute to internal controls, risk management, and audits; support statutory and statistical reporting
• Lead and structure the financial controlling function in the centralized organization, starting in Europe with potential expansion
• Establish and develop the Finance Officer Community and train staff; transition non-finance tasks to appropriate functions
• Drive key projects such as legal entity simplification and adjustments to corporate entity setup
• Support system/project initiatives (e.g., S/4HANA) affecting core finance processes
• Ensure data integrity in structure/master data changes (e.g., profit center hierarchies)
• Lead a team of five associates and participate in the talent development program
• Coordinate and respond to requests from audits and authorities
• Prepare and present materials for annual reporting and governance activities
