Manager Investor Relations (all genders)

In this role you contribute to the development and execution of the investor relations strategy, supporting Directors across sectors on ESG, governance, investor targeting, and capital-market events. You act as a sparring partner, offering analytical depth and cross-sector insights to craft consistent, credible messages for institutional and retail investors. You work independently under tight deadlines, coordinating cross-sector outputs and communications. There is potential to progress into an Investor Relations Director role based on performance and opportunity.

• Develop and execute the overall IR strategy aligned with company objectives and capital-market requirements
• Act as a sparring partner to Sector IR Managers with cross-sector perspective
• Frame sector IR strategies within the group narrative and disclosure principles
• Monitor investor sentiment, market developments, and shareholder trends across sectors
• Prepare earnings scripts, presentations, Q&A, and strategic messaging for investors
• Translate complex information into clear investor-focused communications
• Support results communications, investor meetings, roadshows, and events
• Coordinate ESG reporting and long-term shareholder engagement initiatives
• Ensure content accuracy and alignment with the corporate narrative across sectors
• Contribute to process improvements in IR tools, data, and knowledge management
• Lead complex cross-sector work packages under Head of IR guidance

• Bachelor in finance, business administration, economics, communications, life sciences or related
• Typically 5+ years of experience in finance or a related field
• Understanding of company sectors and markets; sector specialization not required
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executive audiences
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret diverse information
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects with stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, storytelling and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and ambiguity navigation
